Monica Wright is the Chief Executive Officer of the DAW of a New Day Organization.
Born in Jackson, Tennessee, she holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource and Medical Field Relations. ​
Monica possesses a passion for reading, enjoys board games, and cherishes time spent with her grandchildren.
She is dedicated to helping others and demonstrates a strong sense of compassion, complemented by a keen attention to detail.
About DAW OF A NEW DAY
We specialize in supporting individuals diagnosed with cancer in maintaining a dignified and fulfilling life until the end of their journey. Our organization provides a range of resources and conducts fundraising initiatives to help cancer patients cover their co-payments for medications and medical appointments.
We also provide protein shakes and care packages during treatment and radiation sessions. Additionally, when funding permits, we extend small monetary gifts to those in need. Moreover, we serve as a compassionate presence, offering a listening ear and emotional support to individuals who may lack a support system.
Our annual cancer awareness celebration provides survivors with the opportunity to share their narratives, while we also honor the memories of those who have succumbed to their battles with cancer.
We are committed to identifying effective solutions to combat this disease, and we frequently express, “Cancer is a kin to an uninvited guest that has overstayed its welcome.”
